Zuu is a delivery app for Erbil. Order from local restaurants as well as nut shops, florists and electronics stores, and have it brought to your door.

We deliver in Erbil. Once you set your address, the app only shows stores that deliver to it.

No. Zuu is free on the App Store and Google Play. You pay for your order plus the delivery and service fees shown before you check out.

Download Zuu, sign in and set your delivery address. Pick a store, add items to your basket, choose how to pay and confirm.

With FIB (First Iraqi Bank), with your Zuu wallet, which you top up with FIB, or in cash when your order arrives.

Each store sets its own prices on Zuu, and they can differ from in-store prices. The total you see before confirming is what you pay.

Open the order in the app. If the store hasn't started on it, you may be able to cancel it there. Otherwise, chat with support and we'll do what we can.

It depends on the store's preparation time and how far away you are. Each store shows an estimate before you order, and the app shows a live arrival time once your courier is on the way.

Open the order in the app to see its status and how far away your courier is. We also send you a notification at each step.

Open the order in the app and contact support from there, so we can see exactly which order it is and sort it out with the store.
